Terms of Use
Last updated: October 28, 2026
By using BizCalcTool you agree to these terms.
Estimates, not advice
Every calculator produces an estimate for planning. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, accounting or investment advice, and no output should be filed or acted on without verification. Marketplace fees, tax brackets and deduction limits change without notice.
Accuracy and changes
We model published 2025 US federal rates, simplified state rates and published marketplace fee cards. We update them as sources change, but we cannot guarantee that a figure is current at the moment you use it.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for verifying any number before pricing a product, running payroll or filing a return.
Acceptable use
Use the calculators freely, including commercially. Do not resell the site as a service, scrape it at volume, or present the output as professional advice to third parties.
Availability and changes
The site is free and provided without an uptime guarantee. Calculators may be added, changed or retired as fee schedules and tax law evolve; the last-updated date above always reflects the current version of these terms.
Third-party names
Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, the IRS and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. BizCalcTool is independent and not endorsed by, affiliated with or sponsored by any of them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizCalcTool is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, including pricing, payroll or tax decisions made using it.
