About BizCalcTool

BizCalcTool exists for one audience: people who run the numbers themselves. Online sellers checking whether a product actually makes money after fees; freelancers and small employers working out take-home pay; founders watching a cash-flow forecast. 55 calculators, no accounts.

Toolkit one — ecommerce seller tools

Amazon FBA fee and profit modelling, Shopify and Etsy fee breakdowns, pricing and break-even, ROI and margin, shipping and dimensional weight, inventory turnover and reorder points, freight class, ROAS, CPC bids, CAC and LTV, plus sales tax, VAT, GST and import duty estimates.

Toolkit two — payroll and business finance

Hourly-to-salary conversion, paycheck take-home with federal and state withholding, FICA, overtime and bonus treatment, 1099 versus W-2 comparison and self-employment tax; then budgets, cash-flow forecasts, burn rate and runway, loan amortization, depreciation, freelance rates and retirement projections.

How the numbers are built

Our calculations follow published standards. US federal tax uses the 2025 brackets and standard deductions; FICA uses the 2025 Social Security wage base of $176,100 with the 0.9% additional Medicare threshold. Marketplace fees follow published 2025 rate cards with a simplified size-tier model. State tax is a top-marginal approximation, not a full state return. Every page states its assumptions so you can audit the arithmetic.

Why everything is local

Financial inputs are sensitive. Because the maths runs in JavaScript on your own device, there is no server that could log a salary or a product cost. See the Privacy Policy for the cookie and advertising details.
