What you can calculate here
Twenty-four calculators for pay and business finance: hourly-to-salary conversion, paycheck withholding, federal and state tax estimates, FICA, overtime and bonuses; plus budgets, cash-flow forecasts, burn rate, loan amortization, depreciation and freelancer pricing.
How to use these tools
Each calculator asks for plain numbers you already have — price, cost, weight, hours, rate — and returns the figure that decides the decision: margin, break-even volume, take-home pay, runway. Every page states its formula and its assumptions, so you can check the arithmetic instead of trusting a black box.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these tax figures official?
They are estimates using 2025 federal brackets and standard deductions, plus simplified state rates. They are not tax advice — confirm with a CPA or the IRS before filing.
Why does my paycheck differ from the calculator?
Withholding depends on your W-4 elections, pre-tax benefits, local taxes and employer payroll systems. The calculator shows the underlying liability, which is usually close but rarely to the cent.
Is my salary data stored?
No. Every calculation happens in your browser; nothing is transmitted.
